I've known Mark since 1966...when he worked at WBTV, guess that's where he learned to write "copy".
He said "the house will take some time to sell"...but he dragged out the Nikon and Olympus E-1 Cameras, took color photos of the inside and outside. Did a Visul Tour. Then put the photos on the internet and "MLS," put color brochures in the house and flyers in front of the house, planted that sign...it was like migrants picking grapes! We closed in 120 days. I took HIM to dinner!
The guy "gets it"...the advertising and marketing background really comes through.
